We will have two days at sea where we will hold the conference from 9-5. We will have the ability to have dinners together and additional social times and as well as a day off in Cozumel. For those thinking of bringing spouses and family who do not wish to attend the conference lectures, we are be working with a cruise planner to have some special activities for them while you attend the conference those two days at sea.
COSTS:
There are two costs associated with the 2010 Taxpayers Defense Conference, the cost of the cruise and the cost of the Taxpayer's Defense Conference.
1) Defense Conference price: $495 per attendee
If they wish, spouses, relatives, traveling companions can join you in the conference lectures for $149. NOTE: This is only for the lectures itself- they will be welcome with you at our dinners and social activities at no additional cost over the cruise fee itself. 2) Cruise Price: The cost of the cruise will start at less than $400 per person (inside room double occupancy). Many options will be available including a variety of cabin options, help finding a roommate, and adding a 3rd and 4th in a room at a much reduced price.

Session Two: The Effective Tax Administration OIC · Learn about an aspect of the Offer in Compromise program that is little understood and even less used. The Effective Tax Administration OIC is “Plan C” in the tax debt settlement process. This discussion will open your eyes to the creative use of taxpayers’ rights and remedies.
Session Three: How to Use a Partial Pay Installment Agreement · Not all installment agreements must pay the IRS in full. The Partial Pay Installment Agreement allows a person to make payments for a fixed period then be forgiven of the balance owed. This strategy can save strapped taxpayers thousands of dollars.
